How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider. Findingstrick Tree Service is the first step, not the tree company. We take your details and pass them along. The provider then speaks with you, visits the tree, and writes the quote.
What Happens on the Call
Request a callback to check provider availability. Share the basics: your town, the kind of tree if you know it, and what worries you. Is it leaning? Is a limb hanging? Did it already fall? Short answers are fine.
A provider then reaches out to set up a visit. Hours vary by provider, so timing differs from one to the next.
Spot It Early
A small sign can save a big bill. Look for these:
- Dead branches at the top
- Mushrooms at the base
- Cracks or splits in the trunk
- A lean that is new
- Soil lifting near the roots
Tell the provider what you see. Acting early often costs less than a job after the tree falls.
What to Ask a Provider
Good questions make for a clear job. Try these:
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it list?
- Does the price include hauling away the wood and stump grinding?
- How will you protect my lawn, roof, and fence?
- Do you carry liability insurance? That is coverage for damage to my property.
- Do you carry workers' compensation? That covers injuries to their workers.
- Does my town need a permit, and who handles it?
- What happens if the job takes more work than planned?
You Are in Control
You can say no. You can compare quotes. Nothing starts until you agree to the price in writing. Sending a request puts you under no obligation.
If a provider pushes you to decide on the spot, take a breath. A fair quote will still be fair tomorrow.
