How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Findingstrick Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Findingstrick Tree Service
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Findingstrick Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@findingstrick.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Still Feel Unheard
Not happy with our reply? Write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
